Rise and Grind Mastermind Sessions for Black and Brown Leaders Sept 20
Urban Core Collective
A mastermind group is designed to help leaders navigate through challenges using the collective intelligence of others. Mastermind sessions are designed to facilitate personal and professional growth, mentoring, social connections, and strategy rooted in collective wisdom. The Urban Core Collective is committed to ending systemic racism and uplifting the talents, leadership, and voice of Black and Brown leaders. Advancing a ready, robust, and resilient talent pipeline to leadership opportunities in this city requires linking our stories, telling our truth on the formal and informal nuances of leadership in this community, and the intergenerational mentoring and transfer of knowledge. Mastermind sessions provide safe places for unabridged dialogue, learning, and exchange.

Rise and Grind Mastermind Sessions for Black and Brown Leaders July 23
Urban Core Collective
UCC Mastermind sessions are held the 3rd Thursday of each month from 8:00-9:15 a.m. at Baxter Community Center [935 Baxter SE; 49506]. Sessions are open to all Black and Brown residents in our community, but attendance caps at 50 people. The cost per session is $10/pp. 70% of the proceeds will go to support specific programs of the six organizations that comprise the Urban Core Collective and social movements that have been birthed in community by alumni of the UCC Transformational Leadership Program. Remaining funds will support the cost of hosting each session.
